Chris Deacon is a healthcare reform advocate, attorney, and former public official known for cutting through industry spin and holding powerful institutions accountable. She previously led one of the largest public health plans in the country as head of New Jersey’s State Health Benefits Program, where she pushed aggressive reforms to improve transparency and stewardship of public dollars. Since leaving government, Chris has become a national voice on employer empowerment and has testified before Congress and state legislatures on healthcare cost containment and fiduciary responsibility.
